You can return your purchase for store credit or a refund. (International Orders: we do not offer free return shipping for international orders). Free return shipping is offered for store credit only. For refunds, return shipping charges will apply and be deducted from the refund amount. For all eligible returns, Shoe Thief will accept returns within 30 days from the date your purchase was originally delivered to you (as confirmed by UPS tracking system). Items eligible for return must be: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Original packaging includes plastic bags, shoe boxes, tissues paper, and dust bags, shoe trees and hang tags or labels, where applicable. Returns that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return and will be shipped back to you and you will not receive a credit to your account.
If an item is not eligible for return, it will be indicated on the product information page within the sales event. Please note that items marked “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please open and inspect your order immediately on delivery. If you believe the item you ordered is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the problem. Claims for defective items must also be made within 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered to you (as confirmed by UPS tracking system) to be eligible for return.
Return Contact and Shipping Label
To return an eligible item, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number and reason for return, and tell us if you want free shipping for a store credit, or a refund with shipping charges applied to the refunded amount. Thereafter, we will send you an email with a shipping label within three business days. You can print this shipping label and follow the instructions in the email to return your items. Once we have received the returned item and within 3 business days of receipt, we will send you an email confirming receipt, and your Shoe Thief account will be credited with the price of your purchase or your credit card will be refunded (less shipping cost and taxes if any), whichever is applicable.
Since Shoe Thief sales have limited quantities of each designer, exchanges for different color, size or style can only be made based on availability.
