Entrants from our website, www.shoethief.com (the “Site”) will be randomly selected to win one free pair of shoes valued up to $50.00 USD (with free shipping in the contiguous United States). Winners will be notified via email and receive a unique coupon code to use on our Site.

1. ENTRY: Simply enter your email address on our homepage on the top right corner, or register on our site, or make a purchase (as a registered user) and you will automatically be entered to win a free pair of shoes (the “Prize”) from our site, www.shoethief.com. No purchase is necessary to be entered and eligible to win the Prize. You only need to enter once. Entering more than once will not increase your chances of winning. If you have registered or made a purchase (as a registered user) on our Site since September 2010, you are automatically entered and no further action is required. Once you have entered for the Promotion, you will always be eligible to win, except however, you can only be a winner once during a 12 month period. Please make sure that you receive the auto-confirmation that you have entered/registered on our Site to be entered. By entering your email address or registering on the Site, you are automatically subscribed to receive email newsletters from our Site. If you have entered or registered before but have since unsubscribed or unregistered from our Site, you are no longer entered and eligible to participate in this Promotion, to do so you will need to re-enter or re-register, or subscribe again.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate, you must be 18 years of age and legally reside in the United States and your shipping address must be in the continental United States. You are ineligible if you are an employee of ShoeThief.com (“Us” or “We”), or any of its affiliates (or if you are an immediate family member of, or live in the same household as, one of those individuals). The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. PRIZE: One winner will be randomly selected. Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the selection date and a coupon code valued up to $50.00 USD will be provided. Free shipping is provided only to the contiguous United States (for Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, actual shipping fees apply). The winner will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire which may be used on the Site and/or our Facebook and Twitter to promote the Promotion; we will never reveal or disclose the winner’s email or full name without express consent from the winner. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of Prize allowed, but We reserve the right to substitute for the advertised Prize or any prize component, a prize/prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize/prize component becomes unavailable for any reason. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient. We reserved the sole right to end the Promotion at any time without notice to any and all entrants.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By entering on our Site, you represent and warrant that you own all right, title and interest in and to said entry and have the sole and exclusive right to grant or transfer all of the rights in the questionnaire to ShoeThief.com and Shoe Aficionado LLC. In exchange for the opportunity to participate in this Promotion, you assign all right, title and interest in and to the entry and the questionnaire, including any copyrights and moral rights therein, to ShoeThief.com and Shoe Aficionado LLC. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Participation in the Promotion constitutes agreement by you that ShoeThief.com and Shoe Aficionado LLC its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively "Releasees") are released from, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by you (and your parent/legal guardian, if you are a minor) against, any and all claims, losses or liabilities (including death, property damage, or intellectual property rights) arising out of or relating to participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities or use or misuse or redemption of a Prize.
