Of course, click here and ask them to be your partners in crime. After their first purchase ships, you will receive a $10 credit that will post to your Account in the Rewards section on the left of the Account page, and you will be notified via email as well.

How do I shop the sale?
That’s easy. Simply click the “Shop All Shoes” or Shop Designers” button on the homepage and start shopping! Pick your favorites and add them to your cart and check out before quantities run out.
I missed out on a pair of shoes I really wanted, are they gone forever on your site?
If they sold out, probably as we usually don’t re-stock the same shoes. However, on occasion we may have a wait-list button on certain shoes that we may get more of. That’s your second chance, and we will notify you via email if we were able to get more of those.
How long can I keep shoes in my cart?
As long as you want, but it will not be yours until you complete the checkout process. Until then, other shoppers may take the item first if they purchase the exact same shoes before you.
How are shoes chosen for each sale?
Shoe Thief gets the best selection from each brand by plotting directly with designers to bring you the very best steals. Are the Shoes all genuine designer shoes?
We guarantee that every shoe on our site is 100% authentic and directly from the shoe designer. We back this up with a full refund on your purchase. Shop your passion with peace of mind!
Will my shoes fit?
The Shoe Thief posts size charts and product descriptions for each shoe. The product descriptions will include details for each shoe including measurements, fabrication and fit advice. Please refer to our Return policy should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
How do I pay for my heist?
Simply proceed to checkout and select a credit card for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Is my personal and credit card information safe?
Our shoppers’ safety, security and privacy are of our utmost priority. We process all credit card orders through a secure online server and our merchant account is processed by Chase Bank. More importantly, we never sell or share our shoppers’ data to any outside third-party. Please see our Privacy page for further details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only for orders shipped to shipping addresses in New Jersey. The applicable NJ sales tax is charged on the products purchased only and not on any shipping fees.

What is your shipping charge or rate?
All shoes shipped in the contiguous U.S. ship UPS ground at a flat rate of $7.95, unless you choose next day air or 2nd day air, then expedited rates will apply. Accessories purchased alone without any shoes purchased will ship via USPS first class mail at a flat rate of $1.50. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, standard calculated UPS charges will apply. Please see our Shipping section for further details.

You'll find an Unsubscribe option on every email we send. You can also modify your email preferences by going to My Account. And don't worry — even if you choose to unsubscribe, you can still log in to your Shoe Thief account to browse and shop anytime.
